Change Your Skincare Like Your Wardrobe

Autumn is a time of transition,and the best autumn skin care routines will correct any damage that has occured during the summer and prepare your skin for winter.

1:  Slough off the dead cell accumulation from sunscreen

Treat yourself to at least few good facials and full body exfoliation to start the season polished and smooth. You need exfoliation year-round to keep your glow factor. Think of the outer layer of the skin like a piece of glass that needs regular polishing in order to glister… The more dead skin cells that sit on top of your skin, the less luminous you look. This is the time of year  that you can commit to invasive facial treatments such as  chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser skin resurfacing.

2:  Make the switch

As the month get cooler, your skin needs more moisture than it did in previous season. 4: Supplements and Food

Make sure you are taking the right supplements to ensure you are getting all vitamins and nutrients your body needs.You should eat your water by consuming lots of raw fruit and vegetables.
