Think of the outer layer of the skin like a piece of glass that needs regular polishing in order to glister… The more dead skin cells that sit on top of your skin, the less luminous you look. This is the time of year that you can commit to invasive facial treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser skin resurfacing.

4: Supplements and Food
Make sure you are taking the right supplements to ensure you are getting all vitamins and nutrients your body needs. You should eat your water by consuming lots of raw fruit and vegetables.
According to Dr.Howard Murad, “During the winter ,look out for foods such as cold water fish, ground flax seeds, walnuts, goji berries and eggs. These foods are great at flooding your cells with water and keeping cells strong so they can contain the water, keeping you hydrated and healthy for longer.”
